Metal Roof Myths

I am asked all the time on questions dealing with a metal roof such as; is it really noisy when it rains, It can’t really last forever and its just metal so its not expensive. The answers to those are no, yes, no. I have had a metal roof and I heard not one peep of rain, When I say it can last forever I am not kidding, even a house fire and its not even warped and contrary to popular belief it is expensive but you certainly get your money’s worth. I was reading another blog and found that I am not the only one asked these questions, even our state neighbors get the same questions. Deciding if a metal roof is right for you all depends on what you want, but first and foremost be informed about the products you are looking at buying.
